Return Policy
At The Jazmin Dragon, each item is lovingly crafted by hand with unique materials. Therefore, we kindly ask you to note that we are unable to accept returns.
For commission orders, we require a 50% deposit of the total price before we can begin working on your personalized piece. Please be aware that if your materials have already been purchased, this deposit is non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel your order.
It’s important to know that we cannot take responsibility for any lost packages. Once your order is in the hands of the USPS, we have no control over its journey. To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure to double-check your shipping address during the checkout process.

Crochet Plant Care Instructions
Trimming & Alterations
It’s important NOT to trim or modify your plant in any way to prevent irreversible damage and unraveling! Keep it intact for long-lasting enjoyment!
Example: Do NOT cut off eyebrows as it may alter or destroy other parts of the face.
If you would like alterations, please reach out to us for a custom order.
Out of the Box
Straight out of the shipping box, your plant might look a little flat. Fluff it up a little! Give it a couple of gentle squeezes and ruffle its leaves. It’ll look as fresh as new!
Caution with Safety Eyes
Crochet plants are not recommended as childrens toys. They are intended for decoration only.
Each plant is made with Safety Eyes which are not recommended for children under 3 years old.
